Arrive at 9:00 am to load the bus, departing the school at 9:30 am. Arrive at BSU prior to 10 am. We will need access to the bus at the conclusion of our performance (approximately 11:45 am). We will load the students to return to CVCS at 9:30 pm. Arrive back at CVCS secondary at 10 pm. All times are approximate.
We will utilize the annex building for a couple of hours before we leave and will need to return all instruments and backdrops/front wall/and other items back to the annex once we return from the competition.
